Chicagoland roll-off dumpster rental for construction and demolition projects
To keep a construction or demolition job site clutter free and safe, a roll-off dumpster is essential. At A City Suburban Dumpsters, we provide dumpster rental services that our customers have counted on for years.
Whether you’re demolishing a structure or taking on a construction product that produces a lot of waste, order your dumpster from us and be prepared to get all the debris out of the way so your project goes smoother and safer.
The following are some of the most common projects our customers take on while heavily relying on our roll-off dumpster services:
- Concrete and driveway demolition
- Asphalt demolition
- Flooring removal
- Deck or porch demolition
- Shed or barn demolition
- House demolition
- Whole-home renovations
- Office demolition
- Shingle roofing
If your debris can go into a landfill, we’ve got a dumpster for you. Regardless of how unique your project is, you can count on A City Suburban Dumpsters.
Maintaining a clutter-free construction jobsite is important to our customers and they know they can rely on our timely, fast and effective construction dumpster rental services.
At A City Suburban Dumpsters, we provide same-day services, which means when you need your debris removed and a new dumpster brought in, we’ll get the job done for you so your construction project can experience no clutter-related delays.
Our 6 and 10 cubic yard dumpsters are perfect units for removing concrete and other heavy debris. Whether you’re tearing out an old foundation or redoing a driveway or sidewalk, getting that heavy material hauled off in a concrete dumpster rental is a priority.
Using our six and 10 cubic yard units is optimal, as weight restrictions make larger units a bad choice for heavy debris. If your larger project requires multiple pick ups and drop offs, it’s not a problem at A City Suburban Dumpsters. Simply schedule the dates and times from pickup and delivery or contact us directly and we’ll arrange to get your dumpster needs taken care of.
Dense and compact to bulky and light, materials involved in demolition projects are varied, but one thing is certain – demolition projects produce a lot of debris. Having a dumpster rental for demolition debris on site will ensure that regardless of the material type, you can get it out of your way quickly and efficiently.
Rather than work around piles of rubble, put it in one central location – your roll-off dumpster. Use our online tools for determining which dumpster will be perfect for your demolition, or contact us and we can discuss what’s involved with your more complex projects.
At A City Suburban Dumpsters, we know every project is different. Even the different phases of a project can call for different types of dumpster rentals for your construction debris removal. For example, if the main debris is concrete, you’ll want to rent a 6 or 10 cubic yard dumpster.
As the material lightens and becomes more bulky, you’ll need a larger dumpster, which means if you’re doing a whole house demolition, you’ll need our larger unit, which is the 30 cubic yard dumpster. Check out the following information to get a better idea of which jobs call for a specific unit:
Every project is different, which is why it’s important to offer dumpsters in different sizes. If you need more information about which dumpster will work for you, contact us today.
While no two construction or demolition projects are going to be exactly the same, there are some common waste material types that need to be disposed of. There is also a corresponding dumpster for each of these types of projects:
- Shingles and underlayment – Including tiles, felt paper, roofing gravel and flashing most often fit best in 10-, 15- or 20-yard dumpsters.
- Heavy debris – Concrete and block are accepted in the 6 or 10 yard dumpster.
- Landscaping waste – Including branches, shrubs, grass, stumps and dirt are a good match for the 6 or 10 yard dumpsters.
- Asphalt and brick – Brick and asphalt from building or pavement demolitions are also most suitable for the 6- or 10-yard dumpster.
- Flooring – Tile, carpet and other materials are accepted, but the dumpster size depends on how big or small the flooring project is.
- Siding – Aluminum and vinyl siding are both accepted, but the appropriate dumpster size depends on how big or small the siding project is.
- Roofing materials – Shingles, felt paper, trim and other roofing supplies from larger projects fit best in 15- to 30-cubic yard dumpsters.
- Wood and drywall – We accept a large variety of building materials, and the preferred dumpster size depends on how big or small the wood and drywall project is.

There is no need to worry about hidden fees when you rent from A City Suburban Dumpsters – we’re upfront with all the information about the construction dumpster rental cost.
The base rate for a five-day rental on each dumpster is as follows:
- 6 cubic yards: $340
- 10 cubic yards: $370
- 15 cubic yards: $390
- 20 cubic yards: $420
- 30 cubic yards: $520
The fee you see here includes delivery and pickup. If your project extends beyond the initial five-day rental, there is a day fee $100/additional week. Another cost to consider is related to going over the maximum weight on your unit, which is $68 for each ton of overweight. There is also permitting to consider. Chicago permits cost $70-$100 for three days and $120-$150 for 30 days, but these are only required if the dumpster is placed on public land, such as the curb next to your property.
As you plan your construction and/or demolition project, you probably have a lot on your mind, which is why choosing a dumpster rental company you can rely on is so important. At A City Suburban Dumpsters, we are competitively priced, yet offer premium services.
